En croissance régulière depuis 47 ans, nous connaissions aujourd'hui un développement important avec l'ouverture de nombreux magasins en France et notre ambition de devenir n°1 mondial du déstockage.Afin d'accélérer notre développement, nous recrutons un Responsable d'Exploitation Logistique pour notre Plateforme de Romorantin (41).Votre futur quotidien chez NOZ :
Vous assisterez le Responsable Plateforme dans le suivi et le contrôle de la production afin de respecter les objectifs de productivité, de qualité, délai, coût et sécurité.
Pour cela, vous :
Elaborerez les plannings de production hebdomadaires en fonction d'un Chiffre d'Affaires et d'une productivité à réaliser.
Vous gérez et coordonnez le bon fonctionnement des équipes qui assurent le travail de production.
Vous tenez à jour les tableaux de bord d'activité.
Vous travaillez avec le méthodiste afin d'améliorer continuellement les procédés.
Vous veillez au respect des règles et procédures en vigueur.
Vous assurez l'animation et le développement des équipes afin d'optimiser en continu et en temps réel la performance des équipes de production.Pourquoi vous ?Vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise en perpétuelle évolution, vous proposant un poste polyvalent et riche en expériences.
Vous avez déjà de l'expérience dans le Lean Management et la gestion d'une équipe d'au moins 40 - 50 personnes.
