En partenariat avec la Ville de Marseille, nous recrutons un(e) Technicien(ne) de maintenance Ascenseurs pour intervenir sur l'ensemble du patrimoine régi par la ville.
Poste ouvert aux titulaires de la fonction publique ou en contractuel. Contrat de longue durée.
Au sein du Pôle Maintenance et Expertises de la Direction des Bâtiments et Équipements Communaux, vous êtes chargé(e) de suivre et coordonner les contrats et l'ensemble des opérations de maintenance menées par les titulaires des marchés publics et de participer à l'élaboration des pièces techniques.
Vos missions
Sous l'autorité du Responsable du Service Génie électrique, votre rôle consistera à :
Suivre les marchés publics de maintenance et de travaux dans le domaine des ascenseurs, des monte-charges et élévateurs PMR ;
Assurer la sécurité et le bon fonctionnement de chaque équipement tout en optimisant leurs performances ;
Signaler à votre hiérarchie tout dysfonctionnement important pouvant compromettre la sécurité des utilisateurs ;
Faire respecter les normes de sécurité des équipements et lors des interventions des prestataires ( visites réglementaires, contrôles,… ) ;
Proposer des solutions et des améliorations techniques tout en évaluant les éventuels coûts.
Issu(e) d'une formation technique de type BTS maintenance industrielle / électrotechnique ou autre formation proche, vous justifiez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 4 ans en maintenance ascenseurs. Les profils issus de bureaux de contrôle ayant une expertise sur le contrôle de conformité ascenseurs pourront également être étudiés.
Votre parfaite maîtrise de la réglementation technique dans les domaines du Génie électrique et du second œuvre ainsi que des obligations relatives à l'entretien et aux contrôles des ascenseurs est requise sur ce poste.
Vous avez le sens du service public, l'esprit d'équipe et d'initiative, justifiez de véritables aptitudes à la communication et travaillez avec rigueur et autonomie, ce poste est fait pour vous !
La rémunération pour ce poste est fonction de votre niveau de compétence, de votre expérience ainsi que de votre diplôme, elle s'accompagne également de différents avantages
