Notre client est un établissement médico-social situé à CANNES LA BOCCA offrant des services de qualité pour les personnes qui en ont besoin.

Notre société de recrutement recherche une personne dévouée prête à travailler dans un établissement médico-social pour un poste aux larges responsabilités.
groupes de 6 éducateurs avec des roulements de 6 semaines (horaires internats avec des levers et des couchers, dimanches et jours fériés travaillés).
Les postes à pourvoir sont sur des de petits 6-10 ans ou moyens 11-14 ans.
• Élaboration de diagnostics socio-éducatifs pour les bénéficiaires
• Conception et mise en œuvre de projets éducatifs personnalisés
• Accompagnement des bénéficiaires dans leurs démarches quotidiennes
• Collaboration avec les autres professionnels de l'établissement pour répondre aux besoins globaux de l'individu
• Veille permanente au respect des droits et de la dignité des personnes accueillies.
Le client est prêt à offrir les conditions suivantes :
• Contrat: CDI
• Salaire: 15 euros /heure minimum
Nous recherchons un Éducateur spécialisé ou moniteur éducateur (F/H) pour un poste en établissement médico-social, travaillant 7h par jour sans exigence d'expérience préalable.
• Possession d'un Diplôme d'Etat d'Educateur Spécialisé ou moniteur éducateur
• Capacité à concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets éducatifs
• Sens de l'écoute et bonnes compétences en communication
• Patience et empathie pour comprendre et soutenir les personnes en situation difficile
• Flexibilité et adaptabilité, prêt à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
