We are looking for a Product Owner to join our growing Product team!

What will you be doing?

1. Ensure the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
2. Develop the product strategy and roadmap within the assigned area to deliver on business outcomes - growth, customer retention, and revenue - and effectively communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
3. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.
4. Translate the overall business and product strategy into day-to-day execution.
5. Interface with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve quality, quantify the impact, prioritize initiatives, and develop execution plans.
6. Bring evidence-based decision-making to communication and prioritization.
7. Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
8. Manage product feature backlog and prioritization of features in upcoming sprints.
9. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
10. Evaluate product marketing plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
11. Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
12. Represent the company by contacting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
13. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
14. Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for department initiatives, both to optimize current costs, as well as champion initiatives on behalf of internal customers and stakeholders.
15. Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.

Minimum Requirements

1. BS degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
2. 1-3 years of experience driving Product from conception to delivery.
3. Experience in Notion or other product management software.
4. Knowledge of telematics, cloud, IoT businesses preferred.
5. Experience in B2B products preferred.
6. Scrum or Agile experience.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, and industry best practices.
9. French language is a plus.
