Nous sommes donc à la recherche de notre futur collaborateur prêt à intégrer nos équipes !Prêt pour votre prochaine expérience professionnelle ?✈️Dans le cadre de notre expansion, nous recherchons notre futur Ingénieur Junior en Management de Projet F/H pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Rochefort.Accueilli et suivi par votre Delivery Manager, vous évoluerez au sein des équipes de Baptista, notre Business Manager.Votre rôle sera de comprendre les challenges spécifiques liés à votre environnement, d'apporter votre capacité d'anticipation à votre client, et de proposer des solutions adaptées au projet.Vos missions :
Créer et animer le planning des tâches et des jalons sur les projets ; Suivre et contrôler le bon déroulement du projet ; Analyser les résultats et proposer des plans d'actions selon les écarts entre prévisions et réalisations ; Suivre les Risques & Opportunités liés au projet et en déduire les potentiels impacts projets ; Animer les reportings projets en pilotant les différents indicateurs et KPI's ; Créer des supports de présentation et de pilotage pour animer les réunions d'avancement projet ou programme.Votre profil :
Vous êtes diplômé d'un Bac + 5, d'une formation idéalement Ingénieur ou Master/Mastère,Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en gestion de projet, idéalement dans un environnement industriel,Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français,Vous êtes reconnu pour votre leadership, votre esprit de synthèse,Ce qu'on vous proposer :
