Manage the entire perimeter for Talent Acquisition across EuropeEducate business leaders and hiring managers on processes, interview best practices and decision-makingLaunch TA strategies on different channels:
new offices & territories, employer branding, etc.Chase relentlessly the best candidates for the jobs you own, and go the extra mile to close the deal!Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, use new and creative ways to find and engage our peopleShare, learn and partner with the People department to generate the best-in-class People strategy to support our business.YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF:
You have 4+ years of recruiting experience in a similar role, in an agency or start-up/scale-up environmentYou are fluent in EnglishYou are driven by data and a tech-savvy:
