Position Overview
En tant que Sales Manager, vous serez un acteur majeur du développement du business et de la distribution des lignes Footwear et Underwear. Vous devrez mettre en œuvre les plans de commercialisations dans le respect de la stratégie définie. Vous aurez à fédérer votre équipe autour des projets pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Stratégie et Développement Commercial:Développer une expertise approfondie des enjeux commerciaux et des tendances du marché Garantir la mise en œuvre de la stratégie catégorielle au sein des différentes distributions en alignement avec la politique globale de l'entreprise Préparer, gérer et finaliser les négociations stratégiques avec les différents partenaires Piloter les opérations commerciales avec un focus sur l'excellence opérationnelle Gérer efficacement les budgets et optimiser les ressources pour maximiser la rentabilité Analyser le sell out pour être force de proposition en saison et construire des assortiments pertinents pour le consommateur Leadership et Management d'Équipe:Diriger, motiver et développer une équipe commerciale performante Mettre en place une communication claire et inspirante pour atteindre les objectifs collectifs Construire et entretenir des relations durables avec les clients clés
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Forte expertise du Footwear d'au moins 6/8 ans Incarner les valeurs de l'entreprise Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité d'adaptation à divers interlocuteurs Esprit analytique, couplé à une forte capacité de synthèse et de prise de décision Négociateur avec une aptitude à convaincre et à proposer des solutions innovantes Esprit d'équipe, curiosité intellectuelle et proactivité Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel, Excel Expérience confirmée d'au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans notre secteur d'activité Rejoignez notre équipe dynamique et contribuez à façonner l'avenir de notre entreprise dans un environnement stimulant et en constante évolution
