Support the Sr HR Manager Southern Europe in the management of the France social agenda, including the update of the Economic and Social Data Base 'BDES', management of the CSE meetings, and preparation of annual mandatory consultations.Provide support on various HR administrative activities.Collaborate with the Sr HR Manager Southern Europe, the EMEA People team, and other cross-functional team members on various EMEA HR Projects.Work in a fast-evolving HR organization and gain exposure to various HR functions.Gain knowledge on the tech industry.Network with team members across the People team.Contribute to a positive team member experience by supporting the People team.Learn the inner workings of business and HR operations.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Analytical skills and proficiency with data and Excel.Experience supporting various verticals of HR.An innovative problem solver who is proactive.Strong interpersonal skills with good intuition.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to prioritize workload and balance multiple tasks.Meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Mac and Google Applications, especially with Sheets, Slides, and Docs.Minimum Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Expected graduation in 2025/2026.Fluent in French and English.Preferred Qualifications:
