the New Business Sales Manager across BNS, you will be primarily responsible
for the achievement of sales targets in the territory assigned, and the
implementation of the sales strategies as set out by the management. You also
will drive the sales cycle from initial contact to signing of the deal, and
then maintaining a good client relationship, as well as take part in market
analysis and relationship building with senior management and key opinion
leaders in the banking and financial services sectorsOPPORTUNITESYou will achieve New Logo sales
targets established by the Sales Director of the region, preparing and
executing a territory sales plan in accordance with Temenos strategy.You will have responsibility for the BNS Wealth
territory with a heavy focus on selling Temenos end-to-end Wealth
Management solutions.You will start and manage the
full new logo sales cycle, coordinating pre-sales and other specialist
resources as needed. Work with the lead pre-sales resource to ensure
professional engagement with the prospect to fully understand their
requirements, deliver quality proposals that emphasize Temenos strengths.You will negotiate or assist in
the negotiations (depending on the deal size), on terms and conditions of
the sales and service agreements.You will assist in market
research and build perspective client profiles with respect to their current systems,
potential future software investments, strategies, and key decision makers. SKILLSYou should have 10 years or more of a proven track record of new sales and achievement of sales targets in the banking and financial sectors, and substantial relevant experience within the same domain. You should be able to deal with people at all levels within an organization and show and demonstrate negotiating skills with key decision makers.You should have a good
understanding of banking operations and relevant processes (front, middle,
back office), thorough understanding of IT and software solutions.You should have effective
communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, international
exposure, and ability to be deployed across the territory.You should have excellent communication skills in
English. Any other European language is a plusPrevious experience with wealth,
private banking and investment/asset management is a plus VALUESCare about stablishing interest, trust
and credibility towards our clients, but also your internal stakeholdersCommit to the sales plan in accordance
with Temenos strategy. Maintain a rolling pipeline of at least 3x annual
