Mission statement

What we are looking for… a driven KYC analyst to assist Keyrock's compliance team with its AML obligations.

Job description

1. Performing CDD/KYC on client onboardings, remediation and periodic reviews (B2B only);

2. Conducting screening checks to identify Sanctions, PEPs, and Adverse Media in relation to the entities and related parties;

3. Assessing and reviewing the source of wealth and source of funds;

4. Identifying the relevant risks (geographic, reputational, activity sector, token classification…), the potential red flags and determining the AML risk classification of each legal entity;

5. Reporting on suspicious transactions;

6. Communicating with clients and the commercial team to obtain information and documentation required to complete KYC/CDD reviews;

7. Setting up the KYC files with the required information and documentation in accordance with the AML/CFT policy;

8. Completing third party due diligence questionnaires (banking, custodian, business partners);

9. Effectively communicate the status of onboarding to internal and external stakeholders;

10. Continually look to identify issues / suggest process improvements and offer solutions to management re end to end operating model.

Background and experience

1. 1-3 years in a similar role in a B2B Environment within financial services and/or Digital Assets

2. Excellent financial crime, KYC and CDD knowledge;

3. Understanding of capital markets and banking systems;

4. A relevant degree, preferably in law or business, is required;

5. A compliance qualification for example ACAMS or a Masters in a related field would be advantageous;

6. Knowledge of the digital assets ecosystem and crypto currency regulation is a plus.

7. Suitable candidates must be based in France, for regulatory purposes.
