Juriste projets / contrats 5 ans min (H/F)IntroductionJe suis Clara Bez, consultante chez Fed Legal, dédiée au recrutement des métiers juridiques et fiscaux dans les secteurs de l'industrie et des services. Je recherche pour mon client, un acteur majeur de la construction basé à Paris, un juriste projets / contrats avec au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en cabinets d'avocats ou en entreprise.MissionVos principales missions seront :
• Intervention sur des appels d'offres pour de grands projets : routes, concessions ferroviaires, biomasse dans les DOM-TOM, aéroportuaire
• Traitement de sujets de financement
• Gestion de projets de conception et réalisation basés sur les standards FIDIC
• Suivi de l'exécution des contrats, incluant notamment des suivis d'expertise
• Gestion de marchés publics comme privés.
2 jours de télétravail hebdomadairesVotre profilDe formation supérieure en droit de la construction ou en droit public (Bac+5), vous avez les qualités suivantes :
• Esprit de bienveillance et d'entraide au sein de l'équipe.
• Curiosité pour le secteur de la construction.
• Approche orientée solutions et capacité à relever des défis dans un environnement collaboratif.
