Revvity is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Implementation Manager to lead our payroll implementation projects across the globe, starting with a few countries primarily in Europe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payroll and Time & Attendance systems, with a preference for experience in Neeyamo implementation.
This role requires excellent project management skills, including cross-cultural communication, a deep understanding of payroll processes, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:
In partnership with our HR Technology team, lead the end-to-end implementation of our new global payroll and time and attendance system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of payroll services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Coordinate with external vendors, including Neeyamo, to ensure seamless integration and implementation of payroll solutions.In collaboration with Neeyamo, provide training and support to local payroll teams, ensuring they are equipped to manage payroll and time & attendance processes post-implementation.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Ensure compliance with local and international payroll regulations and standards.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.Strong hands-on payroll experience and understanding of payroll processes, systems, and regulations across European countries.Proven experience in managing global payroll implementation projects.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Fluent in English (C1+), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Other languages are a plus.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Neeyamo implementation.Experience with Workday.Knowledge of APAC and North America payrolls.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
