1. Ops staffing sourcing:

a) Responsible for administering the staffing process from candidate generation to starting on Day 1.

b) Source candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.

c) Manage all of the screening resumes and applications by filtering them as per the requirements and shortlisting them.

d) Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies.

e) Arranging for interviews with the managers and setting a suitable time for them for the panel interview.

2. Operation workforce management:

a) Weekly review of ETT and FTE workers' clocking record and shifts.

b) Correct absences and duplicate shifts.

c) Ensure that the assigned shift corresponds to the contract hours.

d) Control the complementary, overtime and night hours registered by the workers.

e) Prepare monthly payroll reports to be sent.

f) Check contracts that have not been registered.

g) Track data and statistics and provides daily/weekly reports to staffing leadership.

3. Workforce supplier management:

a) Create ETT profiles in ECOPLAY system and maintain the data.

b) Enrich the supplier pool and maintain partnerships to have a better cost-efficient ETT model.

c) Define KPI and monitor the performance of the ETT companies.

4. Daily follow-up of reported incidents.

5. Work on projects as assigned by the lead or manager.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer-oriented environment, such as operations, administrative support, staffing, recruiting, human resources or another related field. Experience in HR/staffing will be preferred.

2. Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required as well as tech understanding of other platforms.

3. Exceptionally strong interpersonal verbal/written skills.

4. Ability to work with very diverse groups of people at all levels of authority.

5. Flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands.

6. Ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges. This position must function in this environment on a daily basis and react quickly to meet pressing needs.

7. Must be analytical, have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.

8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines under pressure while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

9. Bilingual written/speaking is desirable (English and French proficient as work language).
