Vous rejoindrez le pôle synergie et expertise de la direction technique, composé de :
• 1 Business Analyst.
• 1 Chargé(e) de projet développement durable.
• 1 Responsable risque immobilier technique.
• 1 Coordinatrice CAPEX.

Pourquoi ont-ils besoin de vous ?
Pour accompagner sa croissance, notre partenaire crée un poste clé au sein de sa direction technique. Vous serez chargé(e) de consolider, analyser et communiquer des données stratégiques, essentielles à la prise de décision et à la performance.
Vos missions principales :
• Consolider les chiffres, KPIs et metrics en lien avec les différents départements techniques.
• Produire des états de reporting pour des usages internes et externes.
• Créer des indicateurs financiers et extra-financiers (IFRS, CSRD).
• Collaborer avec la direction financière pour transmettre des données précises.
• Alerter sur les dérives identifiées et proposer des solutions adaptées.
• Participer aux processus budgétaires et à la cartographie des achats.
• Soutenir les projets RSE en collectant et en transmettant des données spécifiques.
Le profil recherché
• Diplôme Bac+3/4 en gestion, finance ou données.
• Une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en reporting et consolidation de données.
• Bonne maîtrise des outils Power BI, Excel et logiciels de gestion (Premiance).
• Expérience dans l'immobilier ou la gestion de patrimoine technique est un plus.
