Piloter l'activité avec le Store Manager :
planifier, organiser et optimiser le fonctionnement du magasin.Inspirer et mobiliser l'équipe :
accompagner une petite équipe de vendeur(se)s pour maximiser les ventes et offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle.Booster les performances :
contribuer activement à l'atteinte des objectifs hebdomadaires et suivre les indicateurs clés de performance.Sublimer l'espace de vente :
garantir une présentation visuelle parfaite du département textile et assurer un merchandising en accord avec les codes de la marque.Adopter un management de proximité :
promouvoir un leadership bienveillant, développer les compétences de l'équipe et garantir un service client irréprochable.Veiller à l'excellence opérationnelle :
garantir une organisation optimale, la gestion des stocks et le respect des standards dans un environnement accueillant et soigné.Informations complémentaires :
Un contrat CDI 35h.
Une rémunération entre 28 000 € et 30 000 € brut par an, selon profil.
Une prime d'assiduité.
Un bonus mensuel basé sur les objectifs atteints.
Tickets restaurant de 9 € (50 % pris en charge).
