Nous recherchons pour le service finance de notre client, un comptable général et trésorerie.
Ce poste, très polyvalent, vous permettra d'intervenir sur plusieurs cycles financiers clés de l'entreprise.
Vous serez en charge du cycle trésorerie, avec pour mission d'assurer la comptabilisation précise des opérations bancaires, de gérer les flux de caisse en euro et devises, ainsi que de réaliser les cessions au factor et les rapprochements bancaires mensuels.
Vous aurez également la responsabilité de mettre à jour, deux fois par semaine, le suivi de trésorerie et de participer à la clôture des comptes en justifiant les comptes de bilan.
En ce qui concerne le cycle client, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Administration des Ventes (ADV) pour valider les factures clients et garantir la cohérence entre les bons de commande, les factures et les documents de transport (CMR).
Vous assurerez également la clôture des comptes, notamment en justifiant les créances clients, en saisissant les provisions pour factures à établir (FAE) et produits constatés d'avance (PCA), ainsi qu'en traitant les clients douteux.
Vous interviendrez aussi sur le cycle fiscal, avec pour mission de calculer, déclarer et saisir la TVA, ainsi que d'établir les déclarations européennes (DEB et DES).
Vous serez garant du respect des obligations fiscales en animant le calendrier des déclarations et en contrôlant la cohérence entre celles-ci et la comptabilité.
Le cycle immobilisations fait également partie de vos attributions, où vous serez chargé de la saisie des écritures en lien avec la production immobilisée, de la validation des mises en service et des amortissements.
Par ailleurs, vous aurez pour mission d'intégrer les écritures de paie, de vérifier la cohérence des paiements aux caisses sociales, et d'assurer la clôture des comptes sociaux avec la saisie des provisions et la justification des comptes.
Le profil recherché pour ce poste est celui d'une personne ayant une formation Bac +2 en Comptabilité (type BTS ou DUT) et justifiant d'une expérience de 2 ans minimum en comptabilité.
Une expérience en cabinet comptable ou d'audit serait un atout apprécié.
Une bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et des processus de dématérialisation est indispensable, tout comme la capacité à s'adapter rapidement à un environnement digitalisé.
Bien que la maîtrise de l'anglais courant ne soit pas obligatoire, il est nécessaire d'avoir un bon niveau de compréhension, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
Vous devrez également être à l'aise avec le logiciel Sage X3, couramment utilisé dans l'entreprise.
