Description du poste
CRIT ANGOULEME recherche pour son client basé à Angoulême un conseiller bancaire (H/F).
Vos missions :
Vous accueillez et assistez les clients tout en délivrant un service de qualité en les encourageant à utiliser les outils digitaux.
Vous participez à l'atteinte des objectifs prioritaires et de croissance de l'entité, en identifiant les opportunités commerciales et en participant à la principalisation des clients.
Vous proposez et commercialisez auprès de la clientèle l'ensemble des produits et services de la banque au quotidien, y compris les prêts personnels.
Vous contribuez à l'activité commerciale de l'agence en prenant des rendez-vous pour les conseillers clientèle, collectant et transmettant des informations utiles au développement commercial de la relation client tout en alimentant les outils commerciaux (traitement administratif et suivi des dossiers, gestion des réclamations).
Vous êtes soucieux du respect des règles de conformité ainsi que des responsabilités sociales et économiques de la Banque.
Horaires : MMJV: 08h54-12h43 et 13h48-18h10 et Samedi : 08h24-12h40
Profil recherché :
• Doté(e) d'un esprit commercial et dynamique, vous avez le sens de l'accueil et du service aux clients dans le respect de nos standards.
• Organisé(e) et autonome, vous aimez travailler en équipe.
• Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance des produits et services bancaires courants et des process en vigueur, en particulier ceux relatifs à la gestion des crédits.
