Description du poste :
Au sein de notre boutique d'optique à la pointe de la technologie, vous serez en charge de :
Accueil et conseil clients :
Vous accueillerez et conseillerez une clientèle exigeante, en identifiant leurs besoins visuels et en leur proposant des solutions adaptées.
Vente de produits optiques :
Vous assurerez la vente de lunettes de vue, de soleil et de lentilles de contact, en mettant en avant les qualités des produits et en valorisant l'image de marque de la boutique.
Réalisation d'examens visuels :
Vous réaliserez des examens visuels à l'aide d'équipements de dernière génération et établirez des ordonnances.
Adaptation et vente de verres :
Vous adapterez les verres aux montures choisies par les clients et assurerez la vente de traitements complémentaires.
Suivi et fidélisation de la clientèle :
Vous assurerez le suivi des clients après-vente et contribuerez à leur fidélisation.
Gestion du magasin :
Vous participerez à la gestion du magasin (mise en rayon, inventaire, etc.).
Contrat :
CDI (Poste à pourvoir en janvier) Horaires :
39h hebdomadaires du mardi au samedi Rémunération :
3000€ brut mensuel + mutuelle prise en charge à 100% + tickets restaurants Diplôme :
BTS Opticien-Lunetier obligatoire Expérience :
Une première expérience en optique serait appréciée mais n'est pas indispensable.
Qualités requises :
Sens du service client développé Goût du contact et de la relation client Rigueur et organisation Autonomie et esprit d'équipe Sens des responsabilités Tenue correcte et ponctualité Aptitude à travailler avec des outils informatiques Important :
Ne pas avoir peur des chiens (présence d'un animal de compagnie dans le magasin) Aptitudes :
Vous êtes à l'écoute des clients et savez les conseiller avec pertinence.
Vous êtes passionné(e) par l'optique et les nouvelles technologies.
Vous êtes dynamique et avez le sens commercial.
Vous êtes prêt(e) à vous former aux méthodes et aux usages de l'entreprise.
