1 Ingénieur Process et Amélioration Continue H/F - CDI
VOTRE MISSION
Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Production du flux aval, vous aurez pour responsabilités :
La gestion des projets d'amélioration de performances pour les unités de production du flux aval dans le respect de la réglementation HSE et de la sécurité alimentaire.
Étudier et analyser les remontées du terrain pour mettre en œuvre des projets visant à optimiser l'organisation des process :
fiabiliser nos outils de production, adapter les équipements aux nouvelles demandes, nouvelles installations.
Réaliser des études de faisabilité (analyses fonctionnelles, tests, essais) et proposer des axes d'amélioration, en prenant en compte la gestion des coûts (budgets, temps).
Intervenir en mode projet avec les services Engineering, development process, travaux neufs.
Animer des réunions techniques pour recueillir les retours d'expériences et faire des points de situation des différents processus engagés.
Conseiller, apporter une assistance technique et former les équipes aux améliorations mises en œuvre.
Rédiger des rapports techniques (protocoles, notices d'exploitation) sur les procédures à suivre et assurer la veille technologique nécessaire à la conduite de vos missions.
Réaliser un reporting fiable à destination du management et des clients.
Utiliser les outils de l'amélioration continue.
VOTRE PROFIL
Formation d'ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisé en mécanique, en électrotechnique ou en agroalimentaire.
Expérience réussie dans une fonction similaire dans un environnement industriel exigeant, avec une capacité à conduire des projets d'amélioration de process, de performance, de rendements.
Réelle sensibilité sécurité, avec une connaissance des procédés alimentaires étant un plus.
Qualités d'écoute active.
Pratique de l'anglais indispensable au sein de notre groupe.
Motivation par la technique, l'innovation et la performance industrielle.
Relationnel, adaptabilité, ténacité et sens du résultat opérationnel sont des atouts importants pour réussir cette mission.
