Vos missions ?
Rattaché. e au Directeur d'Agence, vous avez pour mission générale de répondre aux attentes de nos clients individuels ou collectifs en les informant et en les conseillant sur les services et produits d'ENGIE Home Services. Vous traitez les différentes demandes en apportant des solutions personnalisées. Vous gérez la planification des interventions des Techniciens et une partie des tâches administratives de l'Agence.
