LHH Recruitment Solutions), cabinet de conseil en recrutement et intérim spécialisé recherche pour son client, un Assistant/Chargé RH (H/F) basé à Aubervilliers, pour une mission d'intérim de 2 mois dans le cadre d'un accroissement temporaire d'activité.
En appui de la Responsable RH en charge de la gestion administrative des Cadres dirigeants salariés du siège social du groupe, assurer la mission spécifique suivante en binôme avec la RRH:
1 ) étude des dossiers individuels Cadres dirigeants du Siège de Veolia (analyse de tous les contrats de travail et avenants des cadres dirigeants (environ 200 dossiers).
2 ) tenue du tableau récapitulatif des informations récoltées dans l'analyse des documents 3 ) réalisation d'un avenant par salarié pour régularisation la notification de certaines clauses au contrat de travail .
Mission réalisée avec la préparation des notifications salariales par équipe Rémunération des cadres dirigeants 4) vérification et transmission des éléments à la paie Profil :
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et des progiciels RH.
Un plus serait de connaître la suite Google (environnement du poste) Maîtrise de la gestion administrative des contrats de travail Connaissance des clauses de contrats de travail Rigueur, confidentialité, organisation et adaptation sont indispensables.
