Responsable des Ressources Humaines H/F Industrie De 45k à 50k E De 2 à 5 ans Nous recherchons pour notre client, entreprise leader sur le marché de l'industrie pharmaceutique, un Responsable des Ressources Humaines H/F.
Vous rejoindrez une entreprise française innovante dans de nombreux domaines.Directement rattaché à la Direction Générale, votre rôle est de définir la politique de gestion des Ressources Humaines et de la mettre en place.
Réelle interface entre les employés et la direction, membre du Comité de Direction, vous :
Supervisez le suivi administratif des collaborateurs (congés, contrats d'embauche, formations, etc.).Organisez les réunions du personnel (100 à 150 collaborateurs).Communiquez avec les partenaires sociaux (syndicats, comités d'entreprise, délégués du personnel, etc.).Coordonnez et pilotez l'ensemble des activités liées au projet du service Ressources Humaines.Favorisez la communication interne.Pilotez la politique interne RH, ainsi que le reporting régulier.Rémunération proposée :
Rémunération annuelle brute variable selon profil.De formation RH, vous bénéficiez d'une expérience confirmée de 5 ans minimum à ce poste en PME ou grande entreprise.
Vos connaissances en droit social et GPEC sont développées et vous maitrisez les problématiques d'organisation du travail.
Votre sens de l'écoute, votre esprit de synthèse et d'analyse et votre sens de la communication et du dialogue sont reconnus.
