Nous recrutons pour l'un de nos clients un Data Lead SIRH
Missions du Data Lead :
Participe aux ateliers de data conversion avec l'intégrateur de la solution Workday
Définit la stratégie de migration des données avec l'appui du Chef de Projet et de l'integrateur,
Pour chaque étape de data load du projet :
Organise les collectes de données RH qui seront chargées dans les environnements Workday,
Coordonne tous les contributeurs locaux pour récolter les données RH dans les délais attendus,
S'assure de la qualité des données récoltées,
Consolide les données au format attendu par Workdays Valide la migration des données avec l'appui des contributeurs locaux et des contributeurs fonctionnels.
Contribue à la construction du plan de déploiement, suit les activités de data conversion lors de la phase de déploiement de Workday, définit avec le support du Chef de Projet la stratégie de data catch up post go-live, pilote la phase de data catch up.
Participe aux comités de pilotage projet et prépare en amont les indicateurs de suivi de data migration,
Escalade au Chef de Projet les problèmes liées aux data et susceptibles d'impacter la date de go-live de Workday.
Compétences requises :
Pilotage de phases de data migration dans le cadre de projets d'implémentation de SIRH, tels que Workday HCM, SAP Success Factors ou Oracle HCM en contexte international,
Coordination d'équipes multiculturelles, internationales
Capacité à travailler en équipe en mode distanciel et en mode présentiel
Anglais lu et écrit courant obligatoire
Compétences avancées sur Excel
La connaissance de Power Bi sera appréciée
