Mise à jour des états locatifs (budgets/RE).
Préparation des prévisions (forecast).
Participation aux réunions financières pour le suivi des dossiers.
Stratégie de Gestion Immobilière
Participation à la gestion des showrooms presse / commerciaux et bureaux.
Anticipation des besoins immobiliers.
Recherches et Négociations
Relations avec bailleurs et agents immobiliers.
Tri, archivage, et suivi des recherches immobilières.
Participation aux visites terrain.
Juridique
Synthèse des échanges et communications avec le service juridique.
Comité Immobilier
Aide à la préparation des comités immobiliers.
Rétroplanning et Travaux
Planification des projets immobiliers.
Estimation des coûts et suivi des travaux.
Coordination des étapes (Key Handover, rétroplanning, kick-off).
Suivi des parties prenantes : services généraux, conseillers externes, huissiers, etc.
2. RETAIL
Stratégie de Développement Retail
Suivi et mise à jour de la road map stratégique.
Tenue et mise à jour du tableau CAPEX monde.
Études de Marché
Réalisation d'études de marché saisonnières.
Préparation des présentations.
Gestion des projets d'étude en collaboration avec des prestataires externes.
Suivi des recherches immobilières et réception des offres.
Archivage et benchmark des offres.
Création de cartographies des opportunités (Google Maps).
Participation aux visites terrain et estimation des valeurs.
SOP et P&L
Création de supports de présentation (PPT) pour les projets.
Échanges avec le service juridique sur les aspects légaux et travaux.
Synthèse des communications juridiques.
Vérification et mise à jour des états locatifs (budgets/RE).
Vérification des quittances, factures et surfaces architecturales.
Outils
Contribution à la création d'outils (briefs design, fiches boutiques).
Planification des Projets
Coordination des projets : rétroplanning, kick-off, remise des clés.
Gestion des plannings opérationnels et communication (Yoobic).
Processus
Contribution à la définition des processus (SOP).
Transposition des processus sur outils collaboratifs (JIRA/Confluence).
Préparation de newsletters et mises à jour des présentations bailleurs.
Aide à l'organisation des dossiers partagés.
3. CONSOLIDATION CAPEX
Stratégie CAPEX/OPEX
Participation à la définition de la stratégie CAPEX/OPEX pour le retail, la maintenance, et la gestion des bureaux.
Échanges avec les Régions
Collaboration avec les équipes des régions : US, Chine, Japon.
Échanges avec les Divisions
Interactions avec les divisions WHL, e-commerce, architecture, et contrôle de gestion.
Consolidation des données avec le contrôle de gestion.
Développement d'Outils
Création et amélioration des outils de suivi (tableaux, formats SOP).
Formation : Étudiant en immobilier, gestion, ou commerce (Bac+4/5).
Compétences : Rigueur, organisation, et capacité à travailler en équipe.
Outils : Maîtrise d'Excel, PowerPoint, et outils collaboratifs (JIRA/Confluence, Google Maps).
Disponible sur une durée de 6 mois.
Convention de stage obligatoire.
