As a Senior IT Consultant for Core Banking Systems, you will help clients navigate the complexities of transforming their banking technology landscapes.
You will collaborate on projects that involve modernizing core banking systems (CBS) , your expertise will enable clients to align their IT systems with business goals by conducting a thorough study of existing technology solutions and constructing potential migration paths based on business objectives, cost, and ROI.
Collaborating with business and IT teams to deeply understand core banking processes, requirements, and system functionalities, leveraging your experience as a functional analyst or product expert.
Mapping functional requirements to technical solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and IT capabilities, particularly in areas like compliance (AML, KYC) and risk management.
Leading the development of integration frameworks for CBS with third-party platforms such as AML tools, ERP systems, and digital banking applications.
Guiding teams through the implementation of large-scale IT transformation projects, ensuring delivery excellence and business alignment.

3-6 years] of experience in core banking systems (CBS) , financial technology, or IT transformation projects within a universal bank or a FI vendor.
~ Proven ability to lead banking system transformation projects, combining technical and functional insights (e.g:
on banking product, data and regulatory topics)
~ Strong understanding of universal banking IT ecosystems, including client/account , compliance frameworks (AML, KYC) and risk management systems.
~ Knowledge of system architecture and design for banking IT modernization, including regulatory compliance and system scalability.
~ Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
