As the RFID Sales Manager for the IDT Industrial Smart Components (ISC) Business Unit, part of HID, you will be responsible for driving the revenue and market growth in the DACH region and East of Europe with a focus on growing the RFID business through the Logistic market and other industrial verticals. We are looking for a sales expert with in-depth knowledge in the RFID industry with an excellent understanding of the channel to market such as system integrators, OEMs, and distributors operating in this environment. In this role, you will work closely with the ISC Sales Leadership and the Sales Support Teams.

As our RFID Sales Manager, you'll support HID's success by:
Acquiring new customers and developing the existing customer base in the above-mentioned region and business unit.
Recognizing and understanding customer requirements during the pre-sales process and aligning them with our offerings.
Driving the entire sales process - from the first contact, through the preparation of the offer, to the conclusion of the contract, involving product management and engineering specialists as required.
Working with sales and marketing management to plan and implement marketing and sales campaigns for your defined customer base to drive brand recognition and business growth.
Participating in and executing conferences, exhibitions, and partner events.
Maintaining regular contact with decision-makers from potential customer companies.
Providing timely and accurate forecasts and attainments of your revenue on a regular basis.
Building a project pipeline to secure long-term business growth for ISC.
Identifying future market trends and acting upon them in close coordination with product management.

Your Experience and Education include:
Ideally, you have technical training or previous education, with a high affinity for technical products.
An understanding of RFID technologies, particularly RFID Tags and Labels, is helpful but not necessary.
You have several years of sales experience and are confident in national sales.
You are passionate about sales and are a dedicated seller.
Cold calling and remote sales are familiar to you, and you handle resistance confidently.
You have strong experience in selling to the logistics industry.
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required.
