Poste : Votre mission Au sein de la Direction Corporate Finance, le pôle " Analyse Financière " se compose de quatre personnes et mène des études d'opérations, et suit la performance d'un grand nombre de portefeuilles d'actifs pour l'ensemble des filiales du Groupe, ainsi que pour ses participations.

• Suivi quotidien des investissements et du rendement du portefeuille Covéa - Analyser les opportunités d'investissement sous divers angles (performance, valorisation, expositions et risques associés) et fournir des conseils éclairés pour soutenir les décisions d'investissement.
• Suivre la performance financière et opérationnelle des portefeuilles existants.
• Poursuivre l'automatisation et la structuration des outils de suivi pour améliorer l'efficacité et la précision d'analyses.
• Soutenir les équipes de Partner RE lors des travaux de clôtures semestrielles.
Suivi des investissements cotés - Surveiller en continu les indicateurs macro-économiques et financiers ainsi que l'actualité des sociétés ciblées (résultats, communiques de presse, évolution du cours de bourse, etc. ) - Préparer les comités d'administration et suivre les événements investisseurs, les assemblées générales et toute actualité pouvant impacter la valorisation des sociétés.
Réalisation d'analyses spécifiques à la demande - Effectuer des recherches spécifiques et des études de benchmark sur des secteurs d'activités et sociétés ciblées, en collectant les données pertinentes et en examinant les consensus d'analystes et les notes de brokers.
• Réaliser des analyses fondamentales pour identifier les enjeux, évaluer la situation opérationnelle et financière, suivre l'évolution et estimer la valorisation des sociétés.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres pôles de la Direction, en prenant en charge des travaux de recherches et d'analyses sur des projets spécifiques (opérations M&A, dettes structurées, investissements coté et non coté, investissements immobiliers).
Profil : BAC+5 de type Master Finance, Ecole de Commerce ou Ecole d'Ingénieur.
Une expérience réussie sur un poste similaire ou en société de gestion ou en audit banque-asset management ou assurance.
La connaissance des instruments financiers.
Pratique des outils tels que Bloomberg ou S&P.
Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.
A l'aise avec les chiffres et doté d'un très bon niveau d'analyse.
Capable de contrôler la qualité de vos propres travaux.
Très bon relationnel, capable de vous adapter à chaque interlocuteur et d'animer des réunions.
Proactif et force de proposition, vous apportez une contribution bienveillante et efficace à l'activité du service.
