About the Role:
We are seeking a Civil Engineering Leader for large-scale HVAC and HVDC projects across Europe.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of civil works for critical energy infrastructure.
You will work with an international team to ensure the seamless delivery of civil engineering packages from conceptual design to on-site execution.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the civil engineering design for large, complex projects.Manage interfaces between civil works and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) designs, ensuring compliance with Eurocodes and local regulations.Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors and key partners to oversee the delivery of civil packages, including structural calculations, geotechnical analysis, and architectural design.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that designs meet all project specifications and regulatory requirements.Support and drive large-scale tenders and provide technical expertise during the bidding process.Monitor project progress, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality civil engineering solutions.Your Profile:
6+ years of experience in civil engineering, with specific expertise in HVDC/HVAC projects.Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, building codes, and construction standards across European markets.Proven experience in managing subcontracted civil design packages and interfacing with MEP systems.Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk mitigation and project optimization.Willingness to travel and work across multiple Europeansites.This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the global energy transition, contributing to groundbreaking projects that will shape the future of energy infrastructure.
