Vous serez chargé(e) de garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale et un support de qualité pour une communauté internationale d'utilisateurs (France, Royaume-Uni, Allemagne, Espagne, Portugal)
Traduire les besoins en fonctionnalités, réaliser des enquêtes terrain auprès des utilisateurs et suivre les indicateurs clés (ex.
:
NPS).
• Valider les développements via des tests fonctionnels pour garantir leur conformité et qualité.
Votre impact :
vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement d'une solution digitale reconnue pour son utilité et sa qualité, tout en contribuant à améliorer le quotidien des professionnels de santé et de leurs patients.
Formation :
Bac +5 avec une spécialité en Product Management, Marketing et/ou Business, idéalement diplômé d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur.
• Expérience :
Première expérience réussie dans un poste similaire, avec environ 3-4 ans d'expérience, idéalement dans un environnement international, avec une forte exposition à la gestion de produits et à la collaboration transverse.
• Langues :
Anglais courant indispensable pour collaborer efficacement dans un contexte global.
