TON RÔLE :
Chez nous, tu seras plus qu'un simple collaborateur, tu seras un intrapreneur en devenir ! Tu développeras ta Business Unit et participeras à la croissance de la société. Ta mission s'articule autour de 3 grands axes :
Business development : crée ton propre portefeuille de partenaires, fidélise tes clients et pilote la rentabilité de ta BU.
Recrutement : constitue ta propre équipe de consultants.
Management d'équipes : accompagne tes équipes de consultants dans la réussite de leurs projets et de leur carrière.
