Nous sommes à la recherche d'un PMO Junior talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe à Paris .
Mission :
En tant que PMO Junior, vous ferez partie intégrante de notre équipe de gestion de projets. Vos responsabilités incluront :
Assister les chefs de projet dans la coordination des tâches et des ressources .
Contribuer à la collecte, à l'analyse et à la présentation des données clés des projets.
Assurer la maintenance et la mise à jour des documents de projet.
Participer à la communication avec les parties prenantes internes et externes.
Aider à l'identification des risques potentiels et à la recherche de solutions.
Collaborer avec l'équipe pour optimiser l'utilisation des outils de gestion de projet.
Travailler sur des projets de grande envergure dans un environnement stimulant.

Rémunération :
La rémunération fixe pour un ingénieur projet junior est estimée entre 34K et 38K annuels et revalorisée en fonction des années d'expérience.

✔️ Who are you?
Nous recherchons un professionnel enthousiaste, avec les compétences suivantes :
Diplôme d' ingénieur .
Compétences organisationnelles solides et souci du détail.
Excellentes compétences en communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
Niveau d'anglais minimum B2+ .
Une première expérience en gestion de projet ou en tant que PMO est un plus, mais les jeunes diplômés sont également les bienvenus.
Une passion pour la gestion de projets et le désir d'apprendre et de monter en compétences.
⏳ Les étapes du processus de recrutement :
Echange téléphonique de 20 min avec Romain, Chargé de recrutement pour définir tes souhaits professionnels et valider l'adéquation avec le poste proposé.
Entretien physique ou visio avec un business manager pour te préciser les enjeux de l'équipe et les contours du poste.
Entretien physique (si cela n'a pas été fait précédemment) afin de rencontrer le responsable d'agence et découvrir nos locaux et équipes.
