Nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de paie junior H/F , en CDI, basé(e) à Lattes pour notre filiale Septeo Solutions Notaires.
Vous intégrerez une équipe composée de 11 collaborateurs et aurez à charge un portefeuille de clients composé de notaires et de comptables. Votre objectif sera de réaliser différentes actions liées à la paie de ces clients.
Après une période d'intégration et de formation, vos missions principales seront :
Établir les bulletins de paie des employés
Calculer les taxes et les cotisations sociales
Gérer les déclarations fiscales et sociales
Gérer les DPAE, contrats et questions sociales
Gérer les congés payés, les absences et les retenues sur salaire
Mettre à jour les informations sur les employés dans les systèmes de paie
Assurer la confidentialité et la sécurité des informations de paie
Résoudre les problèmes de paie et les réclamations des clients
Se tenir informé des changements législatifs en matière de paie et de fiscalité.
Qualifications
Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation gestionnaire de paie ou équivalent et vous avez une première expérience réussie dans ce secteur (alternance comprise).
Vous êtes autonome et rigoureux(se).
Vous avez un bon relationnel client.
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise du pack Office et en particulier d'Excel.

Un premier échange téléphonique avec un(e) chargé(e) de recrutement pour vous présenter le poste et ses missions, en savoir plus sur vous.
Un second entretien avec un double objectif : vous présenter notre groupe et ses valeurs, mais aussi connaître vos motivations et l'adéquation de votre projet professionnel avec le poste proposé.
Enfin, un dernier entretien sera l'occasion de rencontrer votre futur(e) manager, faire un focus métier et valider l'ensemble de vos compétences.
