Notre client, Leader mondial spécialisé en fabrication et distribution d'équipements industriels, recherche le futur Directeur Commercial France H/F de cette structure.
Rattaché au dirigeant de la structure, vous êtes chargé de :
Elaborer et mettre en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale.
Manager et animer l'équipe commerciale composée de 10-15 personnes.
Être le support de la force de vente sur les contrats à forts enjeux.
Mettre à jour les indicateurs de performance commerciale.
Animer la Force de Vente.
Déterminer les stratégies et les moyens commerciaux à mettre en place avec les équipes commerciales.
Définir la politique commerciale et sa mise en place.
Profil recherché :
Formation supérieure type école de commerce ou d'ingénieur complétée par 5 années d'expérience minimum sur un poste à responsabilités commerciales au sein de structures spécialisées en vente de produits techniques industriels.
Connaissances :
Stratégie commerciale, management d'équipe commerciale, gestion de grands comptes, pilotage d'activité, connaissances techniques - en mécanique de précision ou équivalent.
Anglais courant écrit et oral (nombreux contacts avec la maison mère).
Orientation résultat, rigueur, ténacité.
Sens de la négociation, capacité à convaincre.
Esprit d'équipe et excellent relationnel.
