We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Channel Sales Manager to spearhead and expand our global product sales in the retail market segment.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in selling barcode and RFID readers, a comprehensive understanding of the retail ecosystem from manufacturers to end users, a proven history of meeting sales targets, and the capability to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with various stakeholders in the retail industry.
This position will report into the VP Hardware Engineering & TSL Product Segment.

As our Channel Sales Manager, you will support HID's success by:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives within the retail market segment.
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the global retail market.
Building and maintaining relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.
Working closely with distributors, value-added resellers, system integrators, and end customers to ensure seamless integration and satisfaction with our products.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities within the retail industry to identify opportunities and threats.
Preparing and presenting sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborating with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
Attending industry events and conferences to promote company products and services to retail clients.
What we will love about your background:
Extensive experience in selling barcode and RFID readers to retail clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of global retail markets and international sales strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Your Experience and Education include:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a similar role within the retail market segment.
