Biostatistics Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Biostatistician to lead and expand our Biostatistics practice. This is a leadership role with significant responsibility: driving thought leadership , growing the Clinical Business , and mentoring a talented team . Key Leadership Responsibilities:
Strategic Oversight : Lead and shape the Biostatistics practice , ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
Provide strategic direction on study design and protocol reviews, delivering solutions tailored to complex regulatory environments.
Team Development : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing Biostatistics team.
Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence, supporting career development and technical growth.
Client Partnerships : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating complex statistical methodologies with clarity and confidence.
Strengthen client relationships through thought leadership and innovative solutions.
Operational Excellence : Oversee the development and review of Statistical Analysis Plans , SAS programs, and comprehensive reports.
Ensure adherence to evolving regulatory requirements and statistical best practices.

Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Statistician (consulting experience is a bonus)
MSc in Related field
SAS and/or R is a plus
Strong Project Management experience
Life Science experience (CRO, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Consultancy)
An expert communicator
