Find out more at indegene.Com.Who are you?Must be familiar with HTML and CSS.We are looking for a talented and experienced Production Associate for one of our major pharmaceutical clients.The Production Associate is responsible for HTML development, planning, and executing email marketing campaigns as part of an established team.
The Production Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that email campaigns support business strategy and integrate with website and eCommerce solutions.
You will analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns, work with ISPs and other outside vendors on a variety of email issues, including white/black listing and email filters, and ensure that email messages adhere to SPAM regulations.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Used by our client and quality assurance.
• Build HTML email tactics and test across multiple browsers or email clients and leverage Litmus services.
• Work with the marketing team to develop, test, and deploy promotional email messages.
• Collaborate with the brand teams on developing presentations, and communicating email strategies and performance with other teams across the organization.
• Work with the marketing team to develop more personalized communications by developing dynamic content areas that can be leveraged across campaigns and programs.
• Manage email coding schedule and asset delivery timelines.
• Work to enhance process and campaign performance.
• Drive code evaluations of promotional campaigns to enhance ongoing communications and identify other areas of opportunity through the email platform for process optimization.
• Develop HTML for promotional emails upon receipt of creative assets from internal and external creative groups.
• Prepare supporting files as required, for example:
imagery and iconography.
• Develop emails with responsive coding for mobile optimization.
• Be an active contributor to email development best practices.Ideal Profile:
Native language speaker with local workers permits (depending on the client's office location)Proficiency in written and spoken English to interact with global teamsA bachelor's Degree in a related field is required3+ years of experience in front-end web development and hand-coding HTML, and CSS for email marketing campaignsStrong knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with email deliverability best practices, and rectification techniques.Understanding of cross-client, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility.The advanced, hands-on user experience of a range of email channel tools including Litmus, Email on Acid, and moreTesting and QA of email in multiple browsers, clients, and ISPs along with troubleshooting in various browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentalsStrong project and time management skillsProvide email Best Practice guidance to internal and client teamsParticipate in business process due diligence and documentationAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal skills and strong communication skillsTeam player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groupsStrong problem-solving skills and organizational skills Should be proficient in English and the local language.KNAK tool (pre-knowledge of the tool is not mandatory)preferably HTML programming skills
