Gestionnaire bo comptable (activité de marché) H/F Je suis Marie-Laure Mesclon, Consultante Executif au sein du cabinet de recrutement Fed Finance et je suis spécialisée dans le recrutement des métiers de la Finance de marché, de l'Asset management et du Private equity.
Je recherche aujourd'hui pour l'un de mes clients, basé à Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (78), une ou un Gestionnaire Back Office Comptable (activité de marché).
Au sein du service Back Office Contrôle Comptable des Opérations, vous suivez au quotidien le bon déversement comptable des opérations de marché.
Vous devez assurer la cohérence entre les opérations de marché matérialisées dans les applications Back-Office avec la vision comptable de la banque sur les activités de sous-traitance.
A ce titre :
Vous suivez au quotidien le bon déversement comptable pour les activités de sous-traitance ;
Vous réalisez un suivi sur les suspens règlements ;
Vous analysez et régularisez les écarts issus des rapprochements quotidiens stocks et échus ;
Vous soldez ou justifiez les suspens sur les comptes dits « sensibles » ;
Vous comptabilisez manuellement les opérations non automatisées ;
Vous corrigez les différents rejets comptables ;
Vous produisez des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels ;
Vous réalisez des modes opératoires et participez aux différents projets…
En rejoignant cette équipe, vous travaillez, entre autres, avec le Middle-office, le Back-office ainsi que les Départements IT et Finance.
Titulaire d'une formation supérieure en finance, comptabilité / gestion ou banque (minimum bac+3), vous disposez d'une première expérience en comptabilité Back Office ou en contrôle comptable sur les marchés financiers.
Vous connaissez les outils informatiques classiques (Excel notamment) et pouvez échanger en anglais de manière occasionnelle.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre autonomie.
Votre capacité d'analyse, votre esprit d'équipe et votre dynamisme seront également des atouts pour ce poste.
Nous vous proposons d'intégrer une structure leader et un environnement dynamique et international afin d'occuper une fonction polyvalente qui vous permettra de développer votre expertise.
Ce poste basé dans les Yvelines est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'une mission d'intérim de 6 mois environ, potentiellement renouvelable.
Ce poste vous propose une rémunération de 38 K€ à 42 K€ selon votre profil, avec une possibilité de télétravailler 2j/semaine.
