Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client, Société spécialisée dans la chimie fine qui offre des produits de fabrication sur mesure et intervient dans le développement et la synthèse de produits destinés à l'industrie pharmaceutique et cosmétique, un technicien de maintenance mécanique (F/H) dans le cadre d'un CDI. Le poste est localisé à Gennevilliers (92).
Vos missions :
Réaliser l'entretien, la maintenance, la mise à niveau ou la rénovation mécanique des matériels, équipements, installations de production industrielles, selon les règles de sécurité et les impératifs de production (délais, qualité, . ).
• Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et curative
• Réaliser et formaliser les diagnostics de pannes des installations et équipements
• Réaliser, en autonomie, des travaux importants de maintenance corrective ou préventive
• Réparer et/ou remplacement des pièces et mécanismes en panne
• Réaliser des réglages complexes d'un ensemble mécanique
• Rédiger des fiches techniques d'intervention (dossier de maintenance des machines)
• Proposer des améliorations simples suite au diagnostic
• Réaliser les astreintes maintenance.
Compétences requises :
• Etablir une gamme de démontage/ remontage d'une pièce à partir du plan d'ensemble de l'équipement.
• Réaliser des changements d'organes de transmission
• Réaliser des démontages/remontages simples et Complexes
• Régler des tensions de chaînes et courroies moteurs
• Capacité à lire et comprendre des plans et procédures mécaniques
• Bonnes capacités de communication en français, notamment pour la rédaction de rapports
• Appétence aussi bien pour le travail en autonomie qu'en équipe
Rémunération : à partir de 32k/brut par an + 13ème mois
Formation technique mécanique type Baccalauréat professionnel, BTS Maintenance ou équivalent, vous avez idéalement une expérience de la maintenance dans le domaine de la chimie fine ou en industrie pharmaceutique.
