A propos du poste
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité, nous recherchons un.e Gestionnaire Sinistres en Environnement et Responsabilité Civile Entreprise , en contrat à durée déterminée de 6 mois, à pourvoir à partir février 2025.
Missions principales :
Gestion des dossiers Responsabilité Civile Entreprise pour des comptes nationaux et multinationaux :
évaluation de la couverture et de la responsabilité, évaluation des dommages, suivi des procédures judiciaires ou négociation de règlement.
Coordonner les avocats, les experts, les courtiers.
Rendre compte au responsable de l'équipe.
Communiquer avec le centre de profit et les autres départements concernés.
Le profil de notre candidat.e idéal.e
Profil juridique, diplômé.e d'un master en droit des assurances, ou droit de la responsabilité civile.
Expérience réussie et significative au sein d'une compagnie d'assurance ou d'un cabinet de courtage.
Expérience dans la gestion de dossiers de sinistres en responsabilité civile entreprise.
Bonne capacité d'analyse, autonomie, proactivité.
Excellentes capacités à négocier et communiquer.
Esprit d'équipe.
Pratique de l'anglais souhaitable, dans un contexte professionnel (lu, écrit parlé).
