L'agence parisienne de Consort Group recherche pour l'un de ses clients, acteur majeur dans le secteur bancaire, un Chef de Projet Mainframe H/F.
Les équipes ConsortIA sont des experts reconnus dans les domaines de la Data, du Développement Digital et de l'Ingénierie Média. Nous mettons en synergie nos compétences pour créer des solutions informatiques intégrées, agiles et sécurisées, afin d'optimiser les systèmes d'information de nos clients.
Nous recherchons un(e) Chef de projet Mainframe pour rejoindre notre équipe.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez le référent technique d'un périmètre applicatif et interviendrez sur des missions variées alliant pilotage de projet, coordination d'équipe et développement (10% de développement en Cobol).
Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour garantir la bonne mise en œuvre des solutions et leur optimisation continue.
Vos missions :
Concevoir des solutions informatiques, évaluer leur coût et piloter leur mise en œuvre (chiffrage, conception technique)
Piloter l'activité des Concepteurs/Développeurs de la Squad (coordination de 2 à 5 personnes)
Assurer l'entretien et l'optimisation du parc applicatif
Gérer les incidents : coordonner les intervenants, suivre les actions et communiquer sur l'évolution
Entretenir la relation avec les partenaires (métiers, CA-GIP, équipes support)
Participer aux évolutions / projets : conception applicative, développement, tests unitaires, assistance à recette et mise en production
Compétences et qualifications requises :
Expérience en banque.
Maîtrise des technologies COBOL , MVS , DB2
Expérience en gestion de projet et en coordination d'équipe (référent applicatif, chef de projet, coordinateur)
Connaissance des processus de conception, développement, tests et mise en production
Capacité à gérer des incidents et à coordonner les actions de correction
Bonnes compétences en communication avec les différents partenaires et équipes de support
