This is a unique opportunity to have a significant commercial impact from an early stage of your career. As a Project Controller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the profitability and success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Profitability: Monitor and analyse project Gross Margin, identifying and addressing deviations from forecasts.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to projects.
KPI Tracking: Track key performance indicators to measure project performance and efficiency.
Impact Analysis: Conduct financial impact analyses of changes in project scope, timelines, or resources.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to client contracts and internal processes.
Communication: Liaise with finance, project management, sales, and senior management to provide financial updates and alerts.
Onboarding: Train and support project team members in understanding their financial roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in financial analysis and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
