ALSI - Stage Chargé de mission RH (H/F) Avec près de 16 500 collaborateurs, une présence dans 35 pays, un chiffre d'affaires de plus de 3,5 milliards d'euros, Air Liquide Healthcare, la branche Santé du Groupe Air Liquide, est un des leaders mondiaux dans ce domaine.
Aujourd'hui, Air Liquide Healthcare est présent à l'hôpital et au domicile des patients pour y fournir des produits, des services et des programmes d'accompagnement pour la prévention, le diagnostic et le traitement de maladies chroniques ou lors d'épisodes aigus.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
Rejoindre l'équipe de la Direction des Ressources Humaines d'Air Liquide Santé International en tant qu'assistant RH pour s'occuper des missions suivantes :
Rédaction des documents administratifs (Lettres et conventions de stage, conventions tripartites, avenants. )
Suivi mensuels des effectifs (mise à jour des tableaux de suivi de bord, des systèmes internes, entrées/sorties, arrêts maladies, liste CMIE, liste sécurité. )
Organiser l'intégration des stagiaires et alternants au sein d'ALSI, créer des évènements dans le but de maintenir une communauté stagiaire
Suivi administratif de la formation (Plan de formation, assignation, édition de rapports, réunions Formations)
Rédaction des courriers type (prime, TCL, médaille du travail, sorties. )
Déclaration des process RH (DOETH, Action logement, Taxe d'apprentissage. )
Accompagnement des collaborateurs sur l'utilisation de notre nouvel outil interne (workday)
En fonction du profil et des attentes du candidat, possibilité de participer aux projets RH tels que les animations RH, l'enquête d'engagement de nos collaborateurs, les sujets sur le Handicap, la formation, etc.
