Consultant support SAGE 100 Comptabilité/Gestion (H/F)
CDI localisé à Villeneuve d'Ascq
Ce qui vous séduira dans ce poste …
Votre mission est d'accompagner nos clients dans l'utilisation quotidienne de leur logiciel de comptabilité :
Prise en charge des questions fonctionnelles « métier » et des sollicitations des clients (au téléphone ou en prise de main à distance)
Analyse et recherche de solutions
Accompagnement des clients dans la résolution de leurs demandes
Partage d'information avec l'ensemble de l'équipe au travers de l'outil interne de ticketing
Actualisation des connaissances avec les experts métier

Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation en Comptabilité Bac à Bac +3, aucune expérience n'est requise, nous assurons la formation (au logiciel et à la prise d'appel).

Votre appétence pour les logiciels et les outils informatiques
