We're looking for a City Manager to strengthen the operations and public affairs of Dott in Grenoble.
The City Manager will report to the Area Manager Auvergne Rhone-Alpes and will work closely with our French and central teams.
What you'll do:
Team managementWork closely with your direct reports (on street or at the warehouse), whilst keeping a close relationship with all your employeesSpend time on the ground to understand the day-to-day issues your team might encounterEnsure a safe work environment for your team and make sure that all procedures are followedEnsure your team is happy to come to workOperations & ResultsOwn the operational KPI's for your city, i.

Which you follow on a daily, weekly and monthly basisEnsure that the fleet to be repaired will be back on the streets in no time to generate revenuesOwn the financial results of Grenoble, ensuring the accounting books are correct and you always strive for better performanceEnsure strategic positioning of your fleet thanks to innovative projects and analysisCreate and set-up new events to increase visibility, user acquisition and user safetyBe the first point of contact of officials in the region and maintain a service of excellenceWhat you'll need:
