Nous recherchons pour le compte de notre client un Technicien Service Client Informatique (H/F)
Vous êtes le premier point de contact pour toutes les demandes informatiques émanant des clients internes francophones (France, Suisse, Belgique…), contribuant ainsi à leur satisfaction et à la qualité de service délivrée par le département.
En Front-Office, vous êtes responsable de la prise en charge téléphonique, et par tchat, des incidents et des demandes des clients :
diagnostic, résolution des problèmes informatiques de 1er niveau ou accompagnement vers nos Spécialistes Support Informatique.
En Back-Office, vous assurez l'enregistrement et le bon suivi des tickets informatiques générés dans votre périmètre d'intervention.
De formation Bac+2 en informatique, voire d'un Bac +2 dans le domaine commercial/gestion, couplé à une réelle appétence pour le digital, vous faites de la satisfaction des clients internes une priorité à travers votre sens de l'écoute et votre proactivité
Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft (Pack Office, système d'exploitation W10), une certification Microsoft/ITIL serait un plus
Vos qualités de communicant et votre aisance relationnelle vous permettront de gérer des situations variées et complexes
Vous maîtrisez la langue anglaise, particulièrement à l'écrit
