Lead and participate in quality system, engineering, value stream, process, and product auditsCreate and assist in the maintenance of audit process standard workConduct risk assessment and create annual audit scheduleSupport 2nd and 3rd party auditsMaintain audit records and manage/track/follow up on associated corrective actionsFacilitate the development of root cause and corrective action for audit findings/non-conformances and compliance problems and reviewing and approving CARs in ETQParticipate/lead process improvement initiatives as neededCollect and analyze process data, transform into meaningful information shared with senior management (i.e., control towers, MCAB, etc.)Interact and communicate with various groups and levels of managementDemonstrate high level of customer focus, business judgment, adaptability, teamwork and communication skillsManage projects with an impact to the organization associated with Quality Systems and complianceTrain, coach, and mentor internal auditorsDelegate and review internal auditorCommunicate both inside and outside of the organization (i.e., multi-disciplines, customers, regulatory agencies, suppliers, etc.)Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization in both verbal and written formatsQualifications You Must Have:
Previous quality auditing experience in Aviation, Space or Defense or other regulated industryBachelor's Degree or the equivalent of at least 10 years of quality auditing experience in a highly-regulated industry; OR Master's Degree with 8+ years of experienceU.S.
Citizenship is required, as only U.S.

Onsite:
Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite.
This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
