POSTE
Yann, Responsable du site de Sallanches, recrute pour son équipe un(e) commercial(e) CHR pour travailler sur le développement des ventes et du portefeuille clients afin d'atteindre les objectifs fixés. Vous développerez également votre environnement relationnel par l'animation de votre réseau, sur le marché CHR (Cafés, Hôtels, Restaurants).
Votre périmètre d'intervention sera le secteur de la Vallée du Mont-Blanc.
Vos missions principales :
Développer les ventes et introduire de nouvelles gammes de produits par la gestion personnalisée de votre portefeuille de clients.
Conseiller la clientèle et être force de proposition afin d'augmenter leurs ventes.
Accroître votre portefeuille de clients par la prospection, l'animation de votre réseau et la négociation d'accords commerciaux.
Piloter votre activité en vous adaptant à l'activité commerciale et à vos clients : travail de bilan et d'analyse pour optimiser votre action en clientèle (reporting, suivi des résultats, ciblage des animations dédiées).
VOS ATOUTS
De formation niveau BAC+2 (orienté commerce ou vente), vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie en tant que Commercial(e) terrain B to B, idéalement sur le secteur CHR.
Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel, êtes orienté(e) client, organisé(e) et autonome.
Vous aimez tisser des liens de confiance avec vos clients et votre équipe.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'adaptation, votre prise d'initiatives, vos qualités d'écoute et d'analyse.
Vous avez développé une passion pour les techniques de négociation. Ce poste est pour vous!
