Phénicia conseil recherche un Chargé d'affaires-Ingénieur commercial pour son client un groupe international spécialisé dans la production de pièces de sécurité dans le secteur industriel.
Rattaché au Président du groupe, le Chargé d'affaires sera en charge de suivre l'intégralité des affaires du groupe, de l'expression du besoin du client jusqu'à la finalisation de la vente.
Les responsabilités du poste s'organisent autour des missions suivantes:
Définir avec le Président et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale dans le respect des objectifs de développement et de rentabilité.
Développer l'activité commerciale du groupe en France et à l'international.
Mener des actions de prospection auprès d'une segmentation par typologie de clients et secteurs d'activité.
Assurer un support permanent auprès des clients pour répondre à leurs besoins et au suivi des commandes.
Fidéliser les clients autour d'une relation de confiance avec des objectifs de performance.
Assurer une veille concurrentielle performante sur les évolutions du marché et attentes des clients.
Assurer un reporting auprès de la Direction sur les affaires en cours et les opportunités de développement.
Le poste est basé à St Etienne avec des déplacements ponctuels sur le plan international.
De formation supérieure de type Bac+2/5 dans le domaine mécanique, traitement thermique, traitement de surface, vous pouvez valoriser une expérience professionnelle d'au minimum cinq ans acquise dans la commercialisation d'équipements industriels à fortes valeurs ajoutées techniques en France et à l'export.
Votre connaissance technique des équipements industriels vous permet de vous positionner en qualité d'expert de vos produits pour préconiser des solutions techniques adaptées à leurs exigences qualitatives.
Vous alliez une appétence pour les produits techniques avec un fort tempérament commercial qui vous permet de traduire vos actions de prospection en new business.
