Rattaché/e au responsable après-vente de notre concession Renault SDA à Privas, vous assurez les missions suivantes :
Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et physique des clients Gérer les départs, arrivés et facturations des véhicules de location Réaliser les activités de secrétariat Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers garantie Effectuer le suivi des créances De formation Bac pro à Bac2 en secrétariat technique, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans un poste similaire idéalement dans le secteur automobile Un/e secrétaire après-vente se doit d'être organisé/e pour maintenir l'équilibre de l'atelier.
La polyvalence, l'autonomie et la réactivité sont les principales qualités demandées par ce métier.
En effet, c'est la ressource back-office d'importance cruciale pour la bonne gestion d'un atelier La gestion des priorités est également une qualité primordiale pour pouvoir gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps.
La curiosité et la capacité d'adaptation constante sont des atouts très appréciés .
