Au sein de notre agence commerciale de Lyon dédiée à notre activité « Conversion d'énergie » et rattaché au Responsable régional, vous êtes chargé de commercialiser notre gamme d'onduleurs auprès de clients professionnels avec le support d'une équipe commerciale itinérante et sédentaire de 3 personnes dont vous assurez le management.
Vos missions:
Assurer le suivi commercial de son secteur et la gestion de son portefeuille d'affaires :
détection de projets, chiffrages, relance, négociation, prévisions, suivi de dossier.
Promouvoir activement les solutions techniques et commerciales de l'offre Onduleurs auprès des Installateurs électriques, Bureaux d'études, clients utilisateurs.
Développer le chiffre d'affaires et améliorer le taux de conversion des offres.
Être garant du bon niveau de prix, de la marge et du respect de la politique commerciale.
Être capable d'identifier les acteurs d'une affaire et les circuits décisionnels pour pouvoir décliner les actions commerciales à mettre en œuvre.
Manager et accompagner les équipes sur place dans les objectifs individuels et collectifs de l'agence de Lyon dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale définie.
Zone de développement:
Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes
Diplômé d'un Bac+2 à Bac+5 orienté technique (génie électrique, électrotechnique, électronique), vous avez complété votre parcours par une formation ou une expérience commerciale.
Vous avez une expérience de minimum 5 ans dans le domaine de la vente de produits techniques avec une clientèle d'installateurs électriques de préférence.
Vous avez une première expérience dans le management d'une équipe de 1 à 3 personnes.
Doté d'un fort relationnel commercial, vous avez d'excellentes capacités à convaincre, à négocier et êtes reconnu pour votre grande ténacité.
Vous disposez d'une expérience dans un business model d'affaires et/ou la vente de produits techniques en environnement concurrentiel fort.
